flaşh lı banner imza eklemek

aşağıda linkte olan banner imzayı yaptım pc ye indirdim ama bu flashlı banner kodlarını hangi siteden upload etmem lazım ve imza olarak nasıl koyabilirim yardım ediniz ltf , acemyim biraz
