hem dinleyici hem sunucu olmuyor.

eger böyle bir durum yoksa bilgisayarini kapat ve tekrar ac,
olmazsa yayini baska bir aracla yap firefox'u önerrim

**hiranur, cogumuz vista kullanmadigimiz icin sana aciksa su nedendendir, sunu yapmalisin diye gosteremiyoruz, ama belli basli islemler var ve bunlarda foruma eklenmis, mesela vista da port acmak, F5 olmasi portlarin otamatik acilacagi anlamina gelmez, siz oncelikle normal bir sekilde port acma islemini yapin, eger zaten yapmistim diyorsaniz yeniden deneyin, ve IP adresinizde degisiklik olup olmadigini kontrol edin,
ayrica firefox yuklemenizi tavsiye ederim..
