Sorununa gelicek olursak, biz nerden bilelim neden yine - oldu?
IP sabitlemediysen, IP degismis olabilir bu yüzdende port kapali görünür.

Ip sabitmi degilmi, önce bunu anlat sen bize ;)

hell_boys, modeminde bir firewall yani güvenlik duvari bölümü olmali, ordada port acmalisin ve tüm port bilgilerini kontrol etmelisin.
Birden fazla güvenlik duvari varsa, mesela modemin firewall, virüs programinin firewall, windows firewall, bunlari teke indirmeye calis. Gecici olarak güvenlik duvarlarini saf disi birak bakalim + olucakmi.

kaspersky guvenlik duvarlarini acman lazim o zaman hell boys bendede ayni sorun yasanmisti.. ordan biliyorum..

kaspersky antivirusda firewall yok, bu yüzdende port acmana gerek yok.

modemdeki firewall unda acman yeterli!

zyxel modemde nat haric firewall kurallarinida vermelisin,
baya zor

bak sessiz hizli bir anlatim buldum...
umari ekranin büyükdür
